Walk 5km with your dog. Run a half marathon. Cycle 100km. Swim a mile. Set yourself a daily step target. Get your workplace to collectively cover Janey’s 620km.
Do it in a day, over a weekend or throughout October. Take part alone, with friends, family, colleagues - or your dog!
There’s no minimum distance, speed or fitness level.
Just choose something that challenges you and make it count for the dogs.

The Route
From the heat of the northern plains to the steep climbs of the central highlands and back down to the southern coast, this route is designed to test every ounce of determination.
But Janey won't be running it alone. Along the way, she'll be joined by supporters, runners and special guests (including fellow animal advocate Niall Harbison) with every step helping shine a light on the future Sri Lanka's street dogs deserve.
